These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TaskTracker (“the App”), a Shopify application operated by Chaqueta Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
TaskTracker is a task management application for Shopify merchants. It allows you to create, assign, and track tasks, attach Shopify resources (customers, orders, products) to tasks, and manage workflows within the Shopify Admin.
The App offers subscription plans (e.g., Starter and Pro) billed through the Shopify Billing API. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge you according to your selected plan. Plan details, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed within the App before you confirm a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify Admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Task data is stored as Shopify metaobjects within your own Shopify store. You own your data. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your task content or the Shopify resources you reference.

We strive to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaqueta Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Upon uninstall:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
